Service Description

Veo AI is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos from text prompts, images, and other inputs. The Service is offered through paid subscription plans with different credit allowances, render concurrency, and output capabilities.

Account Registration

• You must create an account to submit Veo AI render jobs, manage billing, and save projects.
• You must register with accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create a Veo AI account.

Subscription Plans and Billing

• Veo AI offers Veo Pro and Veo Scale paid subscription plans.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• Credits are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over to the next period.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Credits and Usage

• Each Veo AI plan includes a monthly credit allowance for video generation.
• Credits are consumed per video generation based on resolution, duration, and model used.
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
• Additional credit packages may be offered to active paid subscribers.

User Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to content you upload to Veo AI (images, prompts, etc.).
• You grant Veo AI a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• You own the videos generated by Veo AI from your content.
• Paid Veo AI plans include a commercial license for generated videos.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Veo AI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive or defraud
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
• Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or security measures
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Veo AI
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
• Resell or redistribute Veo AI services without authorization

Content Moderation

Veo AI reserves the right to review, flag, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

Service Availability

• Veo AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
• Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Veo AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service and any stored content will be removed.
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of Veo AI after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veo AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
